Paguro - what does it mean?
In Italian, Paguro means hermit-crab, a creature found widely
around the world that periodically moves out of its protective shell and
into another one.
The hermit-crab, just like the expatriate, takes on many risks
during a move, and is extremely vulnerable during transition.
Expatriates, like the hermit-crab, grow each time they move into a
new environment, and are able to expand their capabilities and skills with
each move.
