Kuwait has excellent facilities for both prenatal care and childbirth.  Obstetrician/gynaecologists and pediatricians listed below have been collected throughout the expatriate community. The choice of a doctor is still very personal and needs your own judgment.

The procedure for registering the birth of a child is extremely laborious and therefore quite an achievement when completed! Please refer to the "Foreign resident requirements" document within Immigration.
