Kuwait City - Libraries
Kuwait Public Libraries are not generally open to expatriates.
The British Council operates its own small library
where books and videos may be borrowed, for a fee. Annual membership for a
family/institution is KD25 and up to ten items may be borrowed at a time.
Regular membership charges are KD15 and up to five items may be borrowed at
a time. Opening hours are from 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Saturday to Wednesday and
from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on Thursdays.
