Kuwait - Importing an automobile or other vehicle
Whilst it is possible to import a car into Kuwait the vehicle must not be older than five years and an import licence is required. Import licences may only be obtained by members of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce.
Classic / vintage cars may be imported on occasion, subject to the owner obtaining a special permit.
Expatriates may import cars on a temporary basis for a maximum period of three months.
